This is how the FRIDA solution for exchanging contract and claims data with a smartphone works:

Smartphone wallet solution
Policyholders apply for their policy pass in the customer portal or receive it directly when concluding the contract. The pass is loaded into a smartphone wallet (iOS/Android) via QR code or link.

Accident situation
Insurance data is shared with the other party involved in the accident via QR code. This collects the data directly via a claims pass – also in the wallet app.

Processing by insurance
The claim report can be processed automatically. The workshop is commissioned and customers receive updates, e.g. via push notifications.

Process completion
Compensation is paid – e.g. with a digital payment card. The vehicle is repaired – simply, quickly, digitally.
